By combining both visual and acoustic art, Pueblo a Pueblo (roughly translated as “People to People”), brought together local artists and Latin American music in a duel concert and art exhibit. The event took place on Thursday, February 17, at 6 p.m. in the UO’s EMU Taylor Lounge. During the night, Argentinian singer-songwriter Cecilia Zabala performed several songs while attendees viewed local artwork. Jessica Zapata of Latin American Traditions and the UO Cultural Forum hosted the event.
