Tortilleria El Chile is a family-owned business run by Julia Vasquez and her two sons. She opened her business in the beginning of June with help from the Eugene Latinx non-profit Huerto de la Familia. Vasquez comes from a long line of tortilla-makers. With this business, she’s continuing the family tradition.
